the letting go experiment: I’m Ruta Kale and this is my experiment in letting go.

I think, I feel, and sometimes I write. I feel as if a part of my life has gone unsaid after I stopped writing. This blog changes that.

I am a writer, a mom, a wife, a former journalist and non-profit professional. I live in suburbia, I think global.

For many years, I lived my life without questioning anything. The past few years have been challenging and now I live my life questioning everything. Until one day I decided to let go of everything that felt tight and clenched. I decided to let go and set myself free.

I am convinced we can be happy no matter what the situation. The inability to let go is the roadblock to my peace and freedom. This is my attempt to set myself free. This is that experiment.
